This Refund Policy explains how INFINITE GROW HUB reviews refund requests, cancellations, username mistakes, delivery issues, and order problems.

INFINITE GROW HUB provides digital Instagram growth services. Because our services can begin processing after checkout confirmation, refund eligibility depends on the order status, processing stage, and the specific issue.
We review refund requests fairly, but not every order is eligible for refund once processing has started.
2. When a Refund May Be Considered
A refund or solution may be considered when there is a clear issue with the order and the order has not reached a stage where it can no longer be stopped or reviewed.
- The order was placed by mistake and processing has not started.
- The wrong package was selected and support is contacted quickly.
- There is a verified technical issue with your order.
- The order cannot be processed because of an issue on our side.
- Support confirms that the order is eligible for review.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Some orders may not be eligible for refund, especially after processing has started or when the issue is caused by incorrect customer information.
- Orders that have already started processing.
- Orders completed or partially completed.
- Orders placed with an incorrect Instagram username.
- Orders delayed because the profile is private, restricted, unavailable, changed, or deleted.
- Orders where the customer changed the username or profile settings after checkout.
- Requests based on expected business results, sales, engagement, or collaborations.
4. Wrong Username Policy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct Instagram username or profile link during checkout. If you entered the wrong username, contact support as soon as possible.
If processing has not started, we may be able to update the username. If processing has already started or completed, we may not be able to change, redirect, or refund the order.
5. Once Processing Starts
After an order begins processing, it may not be possible to cancel, stop, redirect, or refund the order. This is because the service may already be active and resources may already be used.
6. Delivery Delays
Delivery timing may vary depending on profile status, package size, order volume, audience behavior, and platform conditions. Delays do not automatically qualify an order for a refund.
If your order appears delayed, contact support with your order number and Instagram username so our team can review it.
- Private profiles may delay processing.
- Restricted or unavailable profiles may delay or prevent processing.
- Large packages may take longer than smaller packages.
- Order volume can affect processing time.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have an issue with your order, please contact support first so we can review your request. Opening a payment dispute without contacting support may delay the review process.
We reserve the right to provide order records, checkout information, customer-submitted details, and service status information when responding to payment disputes.
8. How to Request a Refund Review

- The email address used during checkout.
- Your Instagram username or profile link.
- A clear explanation of the issue.
9. Review Time
Refund and issue requests are usually reviewed within 24–48 business hours. Complex cases, high support volume, weekends, or holidays may require more time.
Submitting complete and accurate information helps our support team review your request faster.
10. No Password Required
INFINITE GROW HUB never requires your Instagram password, two-factor authentication code, recovery code, or private account access to review an order or refund request.
For your safety, never share your Instagram password with anyone.
